Brecke's Six month photo shoot

I know I know, Brecke is 7 months but here are her 6 month pictures. These were only a couple weeks ago so I should get some credit.

Brecke's first Easter

Oh man did Brecke look so cute in her Easter Sunday dress!!!

Brecke sat for the first time by herself on Tuesday!!! Gotta love it...she loves playing by herself now!!She must think she is so cool!!
She now loves to sit there and watch her baby Einsteins while playing. Don't you love how Dixie always as to be right there with her. There so cute together, Brecke loves her little puppy!!

Can you say spoiled......

So the Easter bunny has come twice already for Brecke!!! Three weekends ago Grandma Boyer came down and did a fun Easter egg hunt for all three of the grandkids and gave Easter baskets and then last weekend my mom came and brought Brecke another Easter basket. She got a cut swim suit, sun hat and the most adorable sandals from Grandma Boyer I should take a picture to post...I'll put her in it all and take a picture it's adorable!!! And then she gets spoiled again.

Brecke got a fun new sun dress from Nana, with a sun hat, and adorable shoes!!! But of course Brecke loved the little puppet and elephant with the bunny hears the best. And of course the colorful eggs. There was a sucker that she got in her other Easter basket from Grandma Boyer that she hasn't stopped playing with either. It funny to see what attacks their attention the most.

My mom has also adopted Scarlett as her grandchild...She bought Scarlett a matching hat to get the girls pictures in!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!

I made my mom a home made cake and dinner, for the first time.

My mom has always been the cook in the family and now that I'm a grown adult I guess there isn't an excuse to make dinner for my mom, and a cake of course. The Red Cake has always been a big family tradition, in fact if one of us doesn't get it for our birthday, my mom doesn't hear the end of it for a long time..... like when I didn't get it last year!!!! LOL

The whole time I was making it my mom kept trying to make sure I wasn't doing it right...I mean come on have a little faith in me! Well of course it turned out pretty good and the family couldn't believe the worst cook in the world really made it.

It's hard to believe my mom is that old and she will kill me once she gets wind that I announced that to the world. I think my mother looks so great for her age even though she would never admit that but she does. What an adventure we have been through together. I can't express my gratitude for the life that I have been through, that has made me the person I am today. I love all the good and bad that has been in our life because it has made our relationship grow in lengths. What a strong woman my mother is.....a big ball baby and negative at times but I mean I can't even imagine raising four kids on my own and having a husband that supposedly loved me and then cheating on me numerous times. Props to my mother for making it. Yes life may have not turned out as wished but she has four healthy children who have taught her a lot and that have loved her unconditionally. Not to mention we have provided her with five beautiful grandchildren that just make her life. I could go on and on and on, but my mother is my number one fan and has been the bestest friend anyone could ask for. I can only hope that me and Brecke have that close of a relationship, as me and my mom have. I want Brecke to be able to tell me everything and know that I won't judge her or make her feel like her thoughts and actions aren't valid. Even though I may come off rude at times to my mother, I think it's unique that I hide no feelings from her...even when she is buggin me!! I want that with my children. I love my mother to death literally and hope that she knows that!! I respect her with the up most respect! And no it's true, (family) I know their all laughing right now because I do tell it how it is, but that's why I have such a special relationship with my mother because I would never pretend or cover up anything. I love you mom, thanks for always being there for me. Glad you liked the cake!!!!

Wow a lot of candles!!!!

My brother and his family came down for the weekend to...It was Jasmyn's last dance competition. And of course Kenny just had to have Brecke 24/7. I just love how much Kenny is obsessed with Brecke. I think they kind of look alike here.

I can't believe it, Brecke is 6 months old!

my little Brecke is only weighting in at 14 pounds 12 ounces and 24.5 inches long. she's now in the 28% which of course makes me a little worried that she's not gaining weight but the doctor said she's fine, she just might be petite. Brecke's mile stones have been holding her bottle on her own, sitting a little better by herself and more and more personality. She defiantly knows how to throw fits, and she doesn't like when you leave her sight, unless she is watching her movies!! Can't wait to watch Brecke grow even more, even though at the same time it's sad. I guess they can't be babies forever. 

Here are some fun updated pictures of Brecke throughout her 5 month old stage, they are in order from present to past.

Brecke loves to eat, she would eat all day if we would let her. She would eat close to eight to nine ounces of milk every feeding if I would let her. I shouldn't say if I would let her, it's more like if i had it!!! I've been sad...my breastfeeding days are coming to a stop and i will just miss that tremendously. She now eats rice cereal and baby food.

 She tries and takes the spoon from me every time I feed her to feed herself it's hilarious.

 
This is Brecke's new obsession, she loves to sit on the counter while we're making dinner or whatever and she will ATTACK the paper towels.

Brecke's other favorite thing to do now, is to take walks. She loves to be outside, and to be able to sit in her stroller like a big girl. And anytime she is crying or throwing a fit, you just go outside and she'll stop immediately....crazy girl!

This picture to me is to die for, she is getting so much personality, and sadly she's turning out like me! all she does all day is coo's, laughs, and then cries,  I mean i think it would be safe to call her a ball baby, wonder where she gets it from?

Here's daddy and Brecke, she loves her daddy like crazy. Kyle walks into the room and she just lights up. This is our mini me holder! 

Uncle Kade came to live with us for a little while and Brecke just loves him. I think she sometimes thinks its Kyle, not Kade! Kade is such a great uncle he free willingly loves to watch Brecke and has been watching her in the mornings since moving here.

To bad we couldn't get a better picture with the hot and one and only Celion Dion!!! Me and T just couldn't resist the Celion t's. It was such a fun concert.

This was so cute, I had put Brecke into the crib to play with Liv and then all of a sudden little Nash had climbed the crib and wanted to make sure he loved on his niece and sisi! one kiss for Brecke and one kiss for Liv, and then a good smile for the camera!!!! 

I wish this picture would have turned out better, but Brecke and Liv were so cute with each other they sat in their car seats forever just looking at each other cooing.

Catching up

Brecke is getting so big, I can't even stand it. I just want her to stay little forever. She is interacting with all of her toys now, which is really fun. Here she is buggin out at her fun toy ball that she loves.

We love bath time once again!! For awhile Brecke hated the bath with all her life. I decided after bathing with her for a few weeks that I was going to try the kitchen sink. What do you know....She loved it

I think that she loves that she can sit in it by herself for the most part. She just puts her feet up against the other side of the sink, and plays.

NANA CAME!!!!!!!!!

I love this picture, if you look really close you'll see all nana's kiss's on her face. She was spoiled rotten the whole weekend.

My mom didn't leave her side once the whole trip it was so fun. And Brecke just loves her. I think it's cause my moms crazy like me. We do about anything to make Brecke laugh...singing crazy making funny faces and dancing is just a few.

Then of course Nana had to leave, it was sad:( but Brecke will be seeing her soon. Nana made a pack with Brecke that she will visit once a month at least, so now she has too!!!!!!!!! Bye Nana I had so much fun with you, love you.
