Nine months!!!!!

Whaoo I'm nine months finally, I just really don't know if I'll make it three more weeks :( So before I give the run done on how things have been going, I must first say... THIS IS WHY YOU DON'T LAY OUT NINE MONTHS PREGNANT WITH YOUR BELLY EXPOSED! I have laid out numerous times this summer and have not burned once, I actually feel like I have repelled the sun since being pregnant. Well that wasn't the case the last time I laid out, and this is only two hours worth. I fried my poor child and then suffered the pain on top of the pain your already in being nine months pregnant. Guess I won't be doing that again.
But I'm getting really close! a week ago when I went to my first weekly appointment the doctor told me that he was maybe a little confused on when my due date really is. It's a long story on why that is the case but basically since I was off on my birth control its hard to really say. So the Doc ordered me in a ultrasound and she's so big now it was hard to see her this time. They said that she's right on to what we originally though 36 weeks and she weighs about 6 lb 3 oz. Everything looked really good and I was thrilled to here she wasn't behind. I might have lost it if that were the case. People aren't kid'n when they say the last few weeks are the worst. I basically don't sleep at all anymore, and I am always so tired. My body really doesn't function anymore. I just want to do things but find myself struggling to move around. I've been getting more aces and pains of course but can't complain about the healthy good pregnancy that I have had. Little baby Boyer is due on September 16, and will be born that day or maybe if I'm really lucky she'll come early :) My doctor is leaving out of town the next day so he said he's going to try and get me to go before or the day of the 16th, so keep in touch to see the new little addition to our family!!!!

Baby Scarlett LeAnn Shaw is here

On August 12, 2008 baby Scarlett was born!!!! for those of you who don't know Kristi Shaw this is her little girl. Me and Kristi were roommates at Dixie and danced together on the Rebelettes. To say the least we have gone through a lot together and some how ended back up together after graduating college and getting married. Kristi and I work together and spend practically everyday together while working of course and then even when were not working. The best part about this pregnancy for me is that I have been able to have her go through all the bad stuff first and then she prepares me :) Me and Kristi are about a month apart, and so soon baby Scarlett will have her best friend with her. I have loved being here for Kristi and Scarlett and sometimes feel like Scarlett's mine. I have only gone two days without seeing her so far and I miss her when I don't see her. It's a good thing my little girl is coming soon!
Here's a picture of us together showing off our baby humps before she popped, and left me all alone to suffer.

Baby showers, and baby showers and more baby showers!!!

Ok so there is so much to catch up on. Life has been full of fun and busy events. I have them in order to what has been going on in the last three crazy weeks of my life.
So below you will see all my fun baby showers that were thrown for me three weeks ago, but this one that is posted first took place this last Saturday which was of great SURPRISE to me and Kyle. Some friends of ours that we knew that were once in our ward that we loved (ZACK and SHALLY) moved on us and decided that we needed to get together and have dinner before this baby comes. Well, Shally sets it all up and tells me that her and Zack will pick us up at six and that they would love to treat us to dinner. So they come that night to treat us to dinner and ask us if it's ok that we stop by the Jones home, (who are in our ward) really fast to drop off a dessert to a party that they aren't going to be able to make. Well me and Kyle weren't thinking anything about it because one, that's totally Shally, she does anything and everything for people and two, they use to live right across the street from the Jones so their pretty close with the Jones I would assume, and three, Zack was talking to them on the phone while we were driving over there and he stated that he had the Boyer's with him and that we would just stop in really quick to say hi cause we were on our way to dinner. So we all walk in to say hi really quick and drop off some dessert and when we walked in everyone yelled.. SURPRISE!!!!! Me and Kyle were so confused. It probably took us about 3 minutes to figure out that it was for us. We were so surprised after they told us that it was a baby shower for us. WHAT a great ward we have. I loved every minute of it because Kyle was actually a part of it. We made Kyle sit in the main event chair and open all the presents. He loved it:)
Thanks again to all those who came and supported us, it was really nice to be surprised and know that you are thought of.
This is me making Kyle sit in the main event chair to open all the presents!
Kyle loving the flowers for her hair!
This was the best, Brooke McCune from our ward made Kyle his own diaper bag kit, it was hilarious. It had the gloves, goggles, nose clip, the diapers and baby powder, with the tongs to throw the dirty diaper away. Kyle was a great sport and put it all on for everyone.

This was the beginning of the bag before Kyle dove in for the suit up!
This was my baby shower that was thrown for me by my St. George girl friends earlier that morning. Shannon was the coordinator on this one and couldn't have thrown me a cuter shower. Thanks to much for all your planning it really meant a lot to me:)
You can't tell me that this isn't the cutest thing ever! I can't wait to take her pictures in it!
This was my girlfriends from my college life. My best friend Desi and Kaylee threw this shower for me up in Ogden. It was so good to see all my old roommates and friends! Again I can't thank those two enough for coordinating everything.

My best friend Desi that is always so good to me, how I lived my life before she came into it is beyond me. If we could only be closer to each other :(

This is Kaylee for those of you who don't know her, she is about 4 months pregnant here.... I think and you can't even tell. Were both so excited to have kids together. I just can't believe that's whats really happening.

I couldn't believe that the Thornlys really made it. This was the family that I nannied for, before me and Kyle got married and their so so so busy I thought for sure that they wouldn't be able to make it. I loved every minute of catching up with the kids and parents. I sure do miss them!

And of course the family baby shower. My mother in law is great, she threw me a shower while up north which turned out great. I got so many nice gifts and couldn't thank the family enough for all that they do for me and Kyle. Thanks again to the great sister, mother, aunts, grandparents, cousins and friends that Kyle and I have that support us.

Here is a picture of my lovely sister in law and our good family friend Mindy. We had to of course get a picture of the three pregnant girls! PS my sister bought me that really pretty crown to wear the whole evening. It says, "Mother to be" as if you couldn't already tell by my big belly.

And last but not least my mom and good friend Brecke threw me my first baby shower. And you can imagine how, "momma Lopez "went all out! This is a picture of the left over cake that she had made for my shower. It was originally two tiers, and man can I tell you how delicious it was. We forgot to take one the night of the shower, and of course my camera was dead, so my mom has most of the pictures from that night :( Thank you so much mom and Brecke for all that you did and have done for me. I can't tell you much fun I had that night!

My good old drill team friends, it was so much fun seeing my girlfriends that I use to spend every waking minute of my life with, if only I could see them more often!

Here's the whole party, you gotta love my mom's friend who is front and center in MY baby shower picture. We had a great laugh at that one. Thanks to all of you who came it was so good to see you all, I love and miss everyone of you.

And to start off the main event before all the baby showers was my brothers birthday. Conveniently I planned my first baby shower on his birthday so we all got together the night before for dinner. SORRY!!!! I want to let him know how much I love and appreciate him though. I can't explain how close I have grown to him. I can't thank him enough for always being there for me. He suffered with me bugging him and his girlfriends growing up, to coming to a lot of my dance performances when little, attending my high school drill team competitions, watching me graduate from high school, helping me off to collage and dealing with me crying because I missed everyone, to listening to me cry more over my relationships with the boys, to being a part of my wedding, watching me graduate from college, and listen to me throughout my whole pregnancy. He truly has always been there for me. I have always told my mom while growing up that I wish I could just clone my brother to be my husband. What a great brother, husband and father he has been. He has taught me so much about life and how to have a good marriage. I can't thank him enough for the support that he has been to mine and Kyles marriage. I hope that he knows how much I love him, and can't wait for my little girl to get to know her uncle :)

My pretty yard

Here's my cute new yard. I kind of didn't get a good picture of the front yard. There is another little mount with two pine trees and some other plants off to the right. And then my backyard. There are three trees that are of course cut off too with how I took the picture, and my cute little baby plants that will grow bigger. Back over by the last pillar there is more grass and a patio where Dixie lives.
I love it I can't believe I actually have a yard to take care of!!!! Who would have ever thought.

Eight months!

Here's my eighth month photo! All I can say this month is now it's starting to be uncomfortable. I don't know how my belly can get bigger. It's so tight and big as it is, it's amazing to here that it will get bigger. I haven't had any problems so far and feel very blessed to be having such a healthy pregnancy. The usual though is there...... no more good nights of rest and Tum's have become my best friend for the acid reflex that accrues every night. She is still crazy as ever and is always on the move. She's a little stinker though, she will be going crazy and I'll call Kyle over to see her going crazy and the minute that he looks at my stomach or touches it she holds really still. He'll then walk away or even look away and she'll start back up.
I did treat myself to a great pregnancy message this month, and BOY all I can say was that was the best. They have these little cushion cut outs for your belly and BIG old boobs, so you can lay on your stomach, and man I was in heaven. I have always loved to sleep on my stomach so to be able to feel that bliss again was awsome. I shall treat myself one more time, I'm sure I'll be due for another one here in a few weeks. Stay tuned again to see the HUGE prego lady next month, this should be interesting.

This is a photo for all of you that wish you could see a fat pregnant girl posing sexy for a camera. Now we know why most pregnant women don't take sexy pictures while pregnant. For those of you with good humor will be laughing at this one, because I was dying laughing when I saw that my girlfriend taking my picture for me was really taking the pictures of me when I was playing around trying to look really good for the camera as if I was a hot skinny girl!!!!

Our 2nd Anniversary

June 28, 2006
Another year has passed!!! I can't believe our rough two years is already behind us. I remember everyone telling me that the first two years is always the hardest, and if we're past the hard part then life is great. I do have a strong feeling though that life is just going to get harder, now that we're starting our family. I think the saying should be the other way around. The first two years are the best, and then things get rough.
I can't express how lucky and thankful I am for my marriage. I couldn't have picked a better guy to be with for the rest of my life. Kyle has taught me so much, and has been the best husband anyone could ask for, (beside the non emotional part, hahaha). When I look at how far Kyle and I have come in our lives I sometimes feel like I'm in a dream. We have worked hard for where we're at and am so excited to live the rest of my life with him.

here are some fun pictures of the things we've done in past year that I haven't ever posted

Here's Kyle and I for round two at Brian Head after I healed from dislocating my shoulder the first round, on our first year anniversary.

This is at Park City with the Boyer family

My first trip to Hawaii..... Christmas 2007

Coming up to ski the fresh powder, and lo and behold we have no clue that I'm pregnant at this point, and I'm about seven weeks. This was over super bowel weekend.

Vegas for the UFC fights, still have no clue I'm pregnant

We find out I'm pregnant!!!! Nine weeks along

Our San Diego trip to the Dodger games and a little bit of Sea World..... My favorite place!!

And Last but not least growing like a weed, I now plant and grow when I boat, no more playing:(

I really am so lucky to have the life that I have and wouldn't trade it for the world. I Love kyle so much and hope that he knows that I appreciate all the things about him. It's probably a good thing that I can't still get enough kisses from him a day or enough touch. I love you babe so much and am so happy that I get to be with you for the rest of my life!

Happy Temple Day!!!!

June 27, 2006
Today was the day that I never thought would happen. This is a very special day to me not only because it was the day before my marriage, but because I had the opportunity to take out my endowments with my MOM!
I knew this is what I wanted in my life for a long time and would often go back and fourth with the decisions and the choices I would make in life, but knew and could feel that I wanted this the most.
Lets be honest I wasn't that stoked to have some new pretty underwear, but the meaning behind it was all that mattered to me in the end.
I did have some sad nights wondering if my mother wasn't going to see me get married for all time and eternity, and it saddened me to no end. I knew that this would not only change my life but hers to if she made the choice. Lo and behold my mother was right by my side and made the choice for not only me but for herself. I have seen a major change in both are life's and can't thank my Father enough for the opportunity to have experience the things which I have with the ones I love the most.
